[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text delay=”0″]The registration for races are opened to “free” athletes that own a competitive sports medical certificate for endurance sports (ex: athletics, rowing, cycling, triathlon etc.) valid for the day of the competition.
Those people will be given a FREE inscription di CSAIn (italian association) valid for 12 month starting from the month of convalidation of the enrollment in the race.
The registration/sign up to the races can only happen on-line using the Wedosport service.
In year 2023 registration fees are very low with an early enrollment!

Non-Italian athletes must fill in this certificate, have it signed and stamped by a doctor and upload during online registration. Failure to do will lead to the annulment of registration without reimbursement. You can register today and provide the certificate later (by 12 March)

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text delay=”0″]CLOSING OF THE REGISTRATIONS is set for 12 pm of the 1th March or when the maximum number of athletes for a specific race is reached.
If the medical certificate isn’t given, if the regulation isn’t accepted or if payment on the Wedosport website isn’t carried out your registration won’t be counted. Payment must be carried out along with the registration form with credit card or credit transfer within 7 days (IBAN will be indicated in the confirmation email), if not your registration will be automatically canceled.
There will be no possibility to register on the day of the event!
After registration, there are no refunds for non-participation.
However, there is the possibility of activating the deferment clause during online registration, by paying a small surcharge. If this possibility is activated, the following condition applies:
“The organization, after verification, will proceed to POSTPON my registration for the 2024 edition in the event that I do not show up on the day of the race and I have decided to adhere to the “Postponement Clause” during the online registration phase, otherwise no refund , discount voucher or registration referral is provided by the organization”.
Finally, the possibility of changing the race distance to a lower distance is granted free of charge (e.g. a member of the 38K asks to switch to the 28K). This is possible provided that there are still bibs available and simply by contacting the organization by February 28th by mail to: info@campodeifioritrail.it
In case of CANCELLATION of the race by the organization due to force majeure (eg COVID, government regulations or the same day due to adverse weather conditions), the organization will provide the athlete with the possibility to keep valid his registration to a of the two subsequent editions of the Campo dei Fiori Trail (over a similar distance). This condition is justified by the expenses that the organization in the vicinity of the race has already carried out and which it cannot recover.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text delay=”0″]
