For athletes and friends who want to stay on Lake Varese (near to start area), the following solutions are proposed.
RACE PACKAGE ONLY ACCOMODATION
From 11 to 12 March 2023 (2 days / 1 night)
- nr. 1 night in a 4 **** hotel (march 12 night) on Lake Varese with early breakfast for the athlete (from 4AM)
- race number bib available in the room
- possibility for family members to book restaurant and excursions for March 13 (price separately)

SATURDAY MARCH 11th, 2022
– From 1.30 pm to 7.30 PM bibs collection with some stands in the trail village (see map below). Opportunity to visit the stands of the village to try out technical equipment and learn about the latest Trail running news with the initiatives organized as part of the event
– Mini Trail (non-competitive) Campo Dei Fiori by Marelli & Pozzi:
1.30 PM free on-site registration (children aged 6 to 14)
2.30 PM departure
to follow the opening of the minitrail refreshment and the award ceremony for the participants
– 7.30 PM Pre-Race dinner at the tensile structure at the proloco: cost € 10 (for those who booked and paid during registration)

BIB WITHDRAWAL:
– 5.00 am collection of competitive race bibs at the Trail Village (see map)
Bib distribution ends 30 minutes before departure and without fail by 9:30 am
6.30 am closing of the collection of bibs 50K
8.30 am closing of the 38K-28K bibs collection
9.30 am closing of the 11K bibs collection

START OF THE COMPETITIONS
The departure of the Trail is scheduled from the Lungolago of Gavirate at the following times:
- 7AM: 50K
- 9AM: 38K – 28K (simultaneously)
- 10AM: 11K
Reduced gatherings are expected in the starting area using the open spaces of the starting area. Circulation, in case of not being able to maintain the safety distance, is guaranteed by the COMPULSORY use of a mask before departure by the athletes. Any changes related to health safety constraints will be provided near the date of the event.
